Price: The products resale price must be between $15 and $100. We have found it is difficult to make products under $15 profitable, and products over $100 have too high of inventory costs.
Estimated Profit Margin: Must be Greater Than 25% before advertising costs. This means the cost to land the product and after Amazon removes its fees the profit must be at least 25% of the selling price. This allows for room to advertise and make mistakes.
Estimated ROI (Return On Investment): Must be Greater Than 50%. This is the amount of profit the product will make over the amount invested. For example if it costs $10 to buy and get the product to Amazon (Manufacturing Cost + Duties + Shipping), that is the total amount invested per product. Then if for example the profit is $24 per product, the ROI would be 241%.
Competitors: There must be at least 1 competitor, and they must be doing more than $6,000 per month in sales and have less than 900 reviews. This allows us to confirm there is demand for the product, but competition is not too high.
